Thank you for choosing to work with Mary! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both parties, please carefully review the following policies, disclaimers, and terms of service.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Virtual sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

• In-person sessions require at least 48 hours' notice.

• Missed appointments or late rescheduling without proper notice will result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

Redemption Window & Session Expiration

• If your session or package includes a redemption window (such as 60 calendar days), all sessions must be booked and completed within that period unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Payments, Refunds & Late Fees

• All services, bundles, and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No part of the purchased value may be exchanged for other services, cash, or digital tools.

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.

• Late payments are subject to a 15% monthly late fee. Work will be paused until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Use of ChatGPT & Other AI Tools

• During our sessions, we may use third-party tools such as ChatGPT (developed by OpenAI) or other AI platforms.

• Mary is not affiliated with or responsible for the development, performance, or availability of any third-party tools.

• Any costs, subscriptions, or platform fees are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in Mary's service fees.

• While guidance is offered, no guarantees can be made about tool performance, accuracy, or outcomes.

In-Person Sessions & Travel

• In-person sessions are available in Columbia, MO, and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius.

• Travel beyond 20 miles will incur additional fees of $0.50 per mile (round trip) and $25 per 15 minutes of travel time.

• These travel fees must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

• Mary reserves the right to decline travel requests beyond 30 miles from Columbia, Missouri.

• Travel schedules may be rescheduled or changed due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Safety, Conduct & Right to Cancel

• Mary reserves the right to cancel any in-person session at any time if she perceives a potential or immediate threat to her safety, including before or after a session has begun.

• If a session becomes hostile, unsafe, or inappropriate in tone, behavior, or environment — at any point — Mary reserves the right to end the session immediately without refund.

• Mary may also refuse or cancel service at her discretion if a client or space presents ethical, physical, mental, or emotional safety concerns.

Pet Safety Policy

While I love pets and respect that they are a part of the family, I kindly ask that all pets be securely put away before and during any in-person session. Even friendly or well-behaved pets can become protective, anxious, or disruptive around new people, technology, or unfamiliar activity.

To ensure a safe, focused, and professional session, pets should be kept in another room or secured area for the full duration of the visit. If pets are loose outdoors, such as in a yard or driveway, please secure them prior to my arrival. Unrestrained pets may pose a safety risk or cause unintentional damage to my vehicle, equipment, or person.

By booking an in-person session, the client accepts full responsibility for any personal injuries or property damage caused by unrestrained pets on the premises, whether inside or outside the home—even if accidental. The client agrees to cover the cost of any damages upon presentation of an invoice. In the event of safety concerns, I reserve the right to end the session early without refund at my discretion.

This policy helps ensure everyone’s comfort, safety, and presence—including your pet companion(s). 🦜🐍🐕🐈🐇

Results Disclaimer

• Mary provides educational and consultative support. No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

• Your results will depend on your own efforts, follow-through, tech environment, and external circumstances.

• These sessions are intended to offer guidance, skill-building, and insight — not guaranteed solutions.

Professional Coaching & AI Coaching Disclaimer

The Professional Expansion Package is a premium consulting experience designed to support business clarity, AI strategy, and empowered use of modern tools. While clients may experience breakthroughs, momentum, and improved workflows, individual results will vary.

These sessions do not include technical support, legal advice, or financial advice. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on the client’s engagement, implementation, and circumstances.

By booking or redeeming this package, you agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Personal & Wellness Coaching Disclaimer

This coaching experience is intended to support personal reflection, creativity, and the empowered use of AI as a tool for enhanced clarity, insight, and organization. While clients may experience transformation, growth, and breakthroughs, individual results vary.

This offering does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes (such as weight loss, career advancement, or relationship changes), as results depend on your engagement, timing, life circumstances, and a variety of internal and external factors.

By booking or redeeming this package, you acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and well-being. This work is a co-creative process—centered on insight, awareness, and possibility—not predetermined results.

Confidentiality

• Any personal or business information shared in a session will be treated as confidential.

• Clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of Mary's proprietary methods, materials, and templates shared during sessions.

• No recordings or screenshots may be distributed without express permission.

Intellectual Property

• All materials, frameworks, and tools provided by Mary are for your personal use only.

• Reproduction, resale, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Scope of Work & Project Changes

• The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each service engagement (e.g., Retainer CAIO, Ideation Sessions, GenAI Consulting) will be defined and accepted in writing (via signed proposal or email) before work begins.

• Any additional work outside that scope will require a separate agreement and fee.

Retainers & Recurring Engagements

• For retainer or fractional agreements, services are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

• Either party may terminate the retainer with 30 days' written notice.

• Any unused hours and minutes at termination will not be refunded.

Deliverables & Review Period

• Draft deliverables (e.g., reports, plans) will be provided with a 7-calendar day review period.

• Client feedback must be provided within that timeframe.

• Revisions requested after that may incur additional charges.

Third-Party Dependencies

• Any strategies or solutions involving third-party platforms (e.g., AI tools, SEO software) are subject to changes in those platforms.

• Mary is not liable for disruptions due to third-party changes or performance.

Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide timely access, feedback, and necessary assets (e.g., logins, documents).

• Project timelines may be adjusted if the client fails to provide required materials.

Limitation of Liability

• Mary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to services provided, including the use of any third-party technologies.

Force Majeure

• Mary shall not be held liable for any delay or inability to perform due to events beyond her reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness, natural disasters, inclement weather, power outages, internet failures, or emergency circumstances.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
